Dr. Mark A. Pullam is an executive educator, organizational leadership scholar, and seasoned corporate leader with more than 30 years of experience advancing performance across higher education and complex business environments. A Fort Worth native, Dr. Pullam serves as Program Coordinator and Faculty Instructor for the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Organizational Leadership at Weatherford College, where he designs upper-division leadership curriculum and teaches organizational behavior, ethics, negotiation, and strategic decision-making. His classroom integrates classical theorists with contemporary research and executive application—equipping students not merely to graduate, but to lead with discernment and influence.

He holds an Ed.D. in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University, along with an Ed.S. in Higher Education and an MBA in Management. His doctoral training in systems thinking and organizational transformation informs both his academic leadership and executive advisory work.
