PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW

Transformative scholar–practitioner and higher education executive with more than 30 years of leadership across academic institutions and Fortune 100 enterprise systems. Currently serving as Program Coordinator and Faculty Instructor for the Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership at Weatherford College, I oversee curriculum architecture, enrollment growth strategy, student success initiatives, accreditation alignment, and workforce-aligned program design.

My work integrates:

  • Systems-level academic leadership

  • Enrollment growth modeling

  • Workforce ecosystem development

  • Data-driven instructional design

  • Institutional governance participation

  • Community-engaged scholarship

This dossier reflects a snapshot of active contributions to Weatherford College during the 2025–2026 academic cycle and serves as both a Rank & Promotion portfolio and an external executive-facing leadership supplement.
