The Weatherford College Leadership Speaker Series is an original initiative developed and led by Dr. Mark A. Pullam to connect students with executive-level insight and real-world leadership perspectives. Through curated conversations with accomplished leaders across industries, this series provides students with direct access to the experiences, decision-making frameworks, and leadership journeys of those operating at the highest levels.

As both the architect and interviewer, Dr. Pullam designed this series to bridge classroom learning with applied leadership practice—reinforcing the critical role of organizational leadership in today’s workforce.
